DESCRIPTION: Crustose. The grey-green wrinkled surface is warted with apothecia which are imbedded in volcano-like outgrowths. The outgrowths become wider with age and are mis-shapen in appearance. DISTRIBUTION: Local throughout. HABITAT: Found on broadleaved trees.
