CAP: 0.5-1.5cm in diameter. Creamy white, convex with
parachute-like ribbing. Central depression is brownish. STIPE: Tough and slender, dark brown becoming white towards the
apex. GILLS/PORES: Gills are distant, creamy white to yellow. Attached
to a collar that is free of the stem. FLESH: White in cap, brown in stem. SPORES: White, ellipsoid with pointed base, tear shaped. HABITAT: Common in clusters on dead twigs, roots and leaves. SEASON: Common. Summer to winter. EDIBILITY: Inedible. |
