CAP: 1-4cm cm in diameter.
Tawny-orange brown that is usually convex. Faint striations can be seen towards the uneven margin which has a paler edge. Greasy to the touch. STIPE: Pale yellow with a olivaceous tinge towards the apex. Slender and sticky. GILLS/PORES: Gills are decurrent and widely space with a somewhat overall distinct appearance. FLESH: Thin with a browner tinge in the cap area. No distinct smell or taste. SPORES: White, broadly ellipsoid. HABITAT: Heathlands, woodland edges or on damp mossy areas in similar habitats. SEASON: Infrequent. Late
