28th Sept - Fungal Foray and Food - Another in the series of fungi based days at the cookery school that is set in the beautiful surroundings of Harthill, Cheshire.

After a Tea/Coffee/Biscuits start you will go on a relaxing fungal wander that will highlight the beauty and necessity of fungi in the natural world with many tales to ponder and many mysteries to unravel. Emphasis on this part of the day will be on identification and aimed at filling your brains. Afterwards you will return to the cookery school for a fungi based risotto and mushroom soup and drinks to fill those aching bellies. A perfect package those those wanting to learn about the fungal world.
